Return Policy

Cancellations

We accept order cancellations provided that the product has not yet been shipped or manufactured. If an order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. However, if the product has already been shipped, we can no longer cancel the order.

Returns (if applicable)

We accept product returns. You have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving the product.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. To initiate a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your item directly to the manufacturer.

Shipping costs will be charged only once at most (including for returns); no restocking fees will be charged for returns.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again first.

Next, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to officially appear. Then, contact your bank. There is often a processing delay before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at service@ukluckspecial.com.
